MTS-Roller Model: CR20
Desigend to induce the body's own production of collagen. Its needles have a length of 1.5 mm and according to the applied pressure they penetrate the skin from 0.1 to 1.3 mm. The needles induce body own collagen (CIT) in deeper skin layers to strenghten the connective tissue and to minize the typical "orange-skin-apperance".

PIGMENTARY SCARS
A pigmentary scar comes as a result of multiple types of injury and can occur anywhere on the body but usually means that there is no textural change in the skin, but the skin is basically discolored relative to normal skin color. A pigmentary scar may be light, lighter or darker or redder than the normal skin and needs to be approached very cautiously in repairing with Micrfoneedle procedures. Caution is important because over-correction of the scar will leave a scar of a different color more difficult to treat.

HORMONE-INDUCED SCARS
Hormone-induced scars usually refer to melasma hormonal pigmentary disorders, which usually occur exclusively in women but not always. And they are usually on the face but not exclusively. Also, they are extremely difficult to treat. Melasma or hormonal coloration shift requires very slow, step-wise reversal medically with the use of Microneedle and requires lifelong proper use of sunscreen to maintain clear.

ACNE SCARS
Treatment of acne scarring is generally acknowledged to be very difficult. There are two types of acne scarring, pigmented scarring and depressed scarring. Some acne prone skins suffer from both types of scarring. Pigmented scarring can be successfully treated with bleaching creams and judicious sun avoidance. Depressed scarring has always been much more difficult to treat.
Conventional treatments have involved very invasive procedures, dermabrasion, chemical peels and laser re-surfacing. These procedures have offered disappointing results for acne scarring given the cost and pain involved, the problem of long recovery times and the risk of permanent pigment-change. Regardless of the scar or number of scars, it is a long-term process to adequately reduce acne scar visibility.
MICRO-NEEDLING
The procedure results in extremely sharp and hard needle-tips that perforate and soften the tough scar tissue. Simultaneously the needles stimulate and induce new body own collagen alongside the scar-borderline and depressed tissue. New collagen fibres transform into skin-tissue that fills the depressed scar. New tissue layers lift it up to the surrounding skin level – the scar reduces significantly in depth. In many cases it was observed that hypo-pigmented (pale) scars get their natural pigments back.
The fine needle pricks are filled with new collagen tissue from bottom to top.
In case you suffer from acne or acne scars you should consult a specialised doctor. If he is not yet familiar with the new Dermaroller-acne-scar-treatment, please draw his attention to this website.
ANIMAL BITE SCARS
They're usually treated by blending them to the surrounding non-scar skin. Usual blending involves topical medical agents to soften the scars -such as Stretch mark remover-, followed by Microneedle techniques for blending surface quality. And if there is a remaining color mismatch then oftentimes, permanent make-up, tattooing, can be employed at the end.
