I would like to give a 101% for service and the quality as well since it took 11 yrs before i encountered a problem with my innopen device. It was in Nov 2014 when I purchased it. I have been regularly using it. .
Just a couple on months ago, there has been an issue on the depth dial.. upon reaching out to their customer service/ warranty team, to Maria and Laura specifically, I was instructed to send the device since it's still under warranty.. i was so surprised when i finally got my unit back. They gave a NEW UNIT! I highly recommend Innopen microneedling device. It's really worth your investment.
